Please read these Terms carefully before using Hubree. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hubree application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Hubree is a product of GT3 Custom SoftDesign (gt3.ro), which provides the Service. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean GT3 Custom SoftDesign.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Hubree. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or hateful content.
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or to other users' accounts.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without written permission.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Message content & third-party channels
Hubree relays messages through third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email). You remain solely responsible for the content of messages you send. Your use of those third-party platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
The Hubree name, logo, and application design are the intellectual property of Hubree. You retain all rights to the content you create and transmit through the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Service availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Subscriptions and billing
Hubree offers free and paid tiers. Paid features are described in the application. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubree disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubree's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubree, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the application settings. On termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Hubree is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
