Every conversation can become a call. Audio or video, phone or desktop, a call rings on all your devices. Any call between two people — a Hubree contact or a guest who opened your link — goes directly between the two of you; only conferences are hosted on our media server.

Audio and video, one tap
Start a voice call or a video call from any Hubree conversation, on every platform. Switch the camera off and on mid-call; tap the video to hide the controls; drag your own preview wherever you like.
Peer-to-peer by design
A call between two people goes directly from your device to theirs over WebRTC — with a Hubree contact or with a guest in a browser. Our servers relay only the few kilobytes needed to set it up, and step in as a relay only when a network refuses a direct connection.
Rings where you are
An incoming call rings on your phone, your laptop and the web app at once — on Android even over the lock screen, with Answer and Decline right there. Pick up on one and the others fall silent.
Survives a change of network
Walk out of Wi-Fi onto mobile data and the call reconnects instead of dropping. A call that could not be connected tells you why.
Part of the conversation
Missed, declined and completed calls show up in the thread with their duration, so a missed call is one tap from calling back.
Call anyone, by link
From a WhatsApp, Slack or SMS conversation, "Invite to a call" sends a link through that channel. When they open it in a browser — no Hubree account, optional access code — your devices ring and the call connects straight between you.
Group calls
Calls with several people, hosted on our media server so every device does not have to send its video to everyone else. Screen sharing, and a link to bring in guests. Starting one is included in the Unified plans; joining one is included in every plan.
